July 18 - Let the Construction Begin

Sam Byman shows up with his construction trailer cleverly disguised as a boat.
Or maybe he thought the excavator dug the hole a little too deep.

Loren Hillukka and Dan Parks built forms. 

The device Dan is holding emits a solid tone

when the sensor knows the form is level. It beeps

when it is a little off or when Dan backs  up.

Paul Hillukka demonstrates his skill

 with a manually powered

 excavating device.

Aare Aho -  "Quick! Take the picture before I wipe the sweat off my forehead." It got a little warm setting the guidelines in the hot sun.

Construction has started. Forms are being set for the footings.
